En GineMonterrey, nuestro compromiso es brindar una atención médica oportuna, segura y de la más alta calidad. Para lograrlo, mantenemos una agenda organizada que garantiza el tiempo necesario para cada paciente. Por ello, solicitamos su colaboración y respeto hacia las siguientes políticas de citas:
Margen de Cancelación o Reprogramación: Cualquier cambio o cancelación de su cita deberá realizarse con un mínimo de 24 horas de anticipación a la hora programada.
Citas No Reembolsables: Si usted cancela su cita con menos de 24 horas de anticipación, o no se presenta a la misma (no-show), no se realizará ningún reembolso del pago efectuado.
Motivo de la Política: Al reservar una cita, ese horario se asigna exclusivamente para su atención. Una cancelación de última hora impide que ese espacio sea aprovechado por otra paciente que verdaderamente necesita la consulta o intervención médica, afectando la continuidad de los servicios y por respeto al tiempo del médico especialista.
Casos de Urgencia: Debido a que el Dr. Gerardo Martínez atiende urgencias médicas las 24 horas (inclusive domingos), si el consultorio se ve en la necesidad de reprogramar su cita por una emergencia quirúrgica impostergable, se le notificará de inmediato y se le ofrecerá la reubicación prioritaria de su espacio o el reembolso íntegro de su pago.

At GineMonterrey, we are fully committed to providing timely, safe, and world-class medical care. To ensure this, we manage a strictly organized schedule that guarantees dedicated time for every patient. Therefore, we kindly ask for your cooperation and respect regarding our appointment policy:
Cancellation or Rescheduling Window: Any changes or cancellations to your scheduled appointment must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Non-Refundable Appointments: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to show up for your scheduled time (no-show), no refund will be issued for the payment made.
Reason for this Policy: When you book an appointment, that time slot is exclusively reserved for your medical care. A last-minute cancellation prevents another patient who genuinely needs medical attention or surgical evaluation from using that slot. This policy is strictly enforced out of consideration for other patients and in respect of the physician's specialized time.
Emergency Exceptions: Since Dr. Gerardo Martínez provides 24/7 emergency medical and obstetrical care, if he must reschedule your appointment due to an unavoidable surgical emergency, you will be notified immediately. In such rare cases, you will be offered priority rescheduling or a full refund of your payment.
